Turn Your Concept Into an Investment-Ready Plan
Across seven modules and 27 guided video lessons, you will evaluate the market, competition, facility requirements, build-out costs, revenue potential, operating expenses, and projected return of your entertainment center. Follow the program in sequence, complete the supporting feasibility materials, and review each stage with your FCA consultant as you turn your initial concept into a practical, investment-ready development plan.
1. Demographics
We’ll get it started with Demographics 101. As the first of the 32 lesson videos, this initial Developer course module is the basis of everything. Follow the FEC plan materials to complete each lesson, speak with your coach before/after/during each of the 7 modules.
2. Competitive Analysis
Completing a local competitive analysis is not only a great exercise, but a first step in the process of identifying competition and your own blue ocean of opportunity.
3. Lease Space
In this video we review attachment #7 and the process of determining capacity requirements based on your attraction mix and services.
4. Build-Out
